About Steph

Hi, I’m Stephanie Winmill, but you can call me Steph, a qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), a five-year journey that deepened my understanding of how the body can truly heal when supported holistically.

Before becoming a naturopath, I worked as a beauty therapist and aromatherapist, running a successful business creating natural balms and oils. While I loved helping people feel good on the outside, I felt a strong calling to help them heal on a deeper level.

My own experience with endometriosis and infertility inspired me to study naturopathy and explore how much more can be done to support women’s health from the inside out. It showed me the importance of getting to the root cause, not just managing symptoms, and how natural medicine can restore balance and vitality.

I believe in a realistic and nurturing approach, one that meets you where you’re at. I work collaboratively with my clients, combining evidence-based natural medicine with a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal, so you can feel balanced, calm, and empowered in your health journey.

My key areas of focus include:

Women’s Health

Supporting hormonal balance, menstrual and reproductive health, perimenopause, and nervous system health (including anxiety and ADHD support).

Children’s Health

Supporting strong foundations for growth and development, immune and digestive health, and nervous system regulation (including ADHD support and emotional wellbeing).

Gut Health

Supporting digestive balance to promote energy, mood, skin and immune health.

Autoimmune Support

Supporting healthy immune regulation and inflammatory balance using holistic, evidence-informed strategies.

Metabolic Health

Supporting energy levels, blood sugar balance and sustainable approaches to weight and body composition.

Family Wellbeing

Providing holistic, practical support to help families build long-term foundations for health and resilience.

What is Naturopathy?

What is Naturopathy? •

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that focuses on exploring potential underlying contributors to imbalance, rather than simply managing symptoms. It blends traditional natural medicine principles with modern, evidence-informed science to support the body’s natural capacity for balance and self-regulation.

As naturopaths, we view the body as an interconnected system rather than separate parts. The gut, hormones, immune system and nervous system work closely together, and when one area is under strain, it can influence others. By taking a whole-person approach that considers body, mind and environment, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of what may be contributing to your current health concerns.

Care may include the use of functional testing and pathology analysis, which can provide additional insights into how the body is functioning. These findings help guide personalised recommendations and support strategies that are tailored to your individual needs and grounded in current evidence.

Recommendations may include herbal medicine, nutritional support, dietary and lifestyle guidance, and targeted supplementation. The focus is on supporting balance, promoting healthy function, and empowering you with practical tools and education to support your long-term wellbeing.
